Custom Necklace Topaz Star and Moon

This custom one‑off piece features one of our small star pendants set with an 8 mm topaz at its centre. Two small stars hang from the chain 1.25 inches above, adding a delicate layered effect. To complete the design, a crescent moon hangs from the main star pendant, paired with a 7 × 5 mm London Topaz.
