- All products showcased on the Crazy Pig Designs website are meticulously handmade in the UK using 100% solid 925 sterling silver, or gold/platinum when specified.
- Each piece of jewellery is stamped with the British hallmark and our maker's mark for authenticity, having been inspected by the Assay Office in London to ensure quality.
- We also offer jewellery in 9ct and 18ct white or yellow gold and Platinum, with prices provided upon request via our customer service email.
- Product dimensions are provided in millimetres and/or centimetres, while weights are indicated in grams.
- While our silver jewellery is of high quality, please note that silver is not indestructible. For instance, bangles should not be bent to fit the wrist as this may weaken the silver and lead to breakage.
Prices
- All prices listed are in Great British Pound (GBP) and include VAT. Payment will be processed in British Pounds, and customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees in their region.

- We accept all major credit and debit cards. Online payment is processed and handled by Opayo, formally known as Sage Pay.
Ring sizing and Re-sizing
- One complimentary sizing is offered at the time of purchase. Additional re-sizing’s will incur a fee of £30 plus return postage, with customers responsible for the return shipping.
- UK sizes range from A to Z with quarter and half increments available. Sizes beyond UK size Z will have an extra charge of £25.
- US sizes vary from 1 to 13 with quarter and half increments. Sizes above 13 will incur an additional £25 charge.
- Japan sizes range from 5 to 28, with sizes above 28 incurring an extra charge of £25.
- Diameter and circumference measurements are also available for selection.
- Some designs may have limitations on resizing; customers will be contacted to discuss options if necessary.
- To accommodate gift purchases, select the 'No Sizing' option when ordering. This allows for a free first sizing once the recipient's size is determined, with the flexibility for exchanges or credit notes.
Returns Policy
- Refunds are not available.
- For unsized rings and unused, unworn items, exchanges or credit notes are offered.
- Sized rings are considered custom/bespoke pieces and are non-exchangeable.
- Earrings and studs cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
- Carefully review item(s) descriptions and/or dimensions. Alternatively, please contact customer service for clarification, as returns are not accepted for misinterpreted dimensions or weights.
Shipping Information
- Shipping typically takes 1 to 2 weeks from the order date.
- Mainland UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery for next-day service before 1pm, requiring someone to receive the parcel.
- International orders are sent through Royal Mail tracking postal service, transitioning to local postal services upon leaving the UK.
- International customers are responsible for any additional custom or import charges that may apply.

- Crazy Pig Designs ensures a secure online browsing experience. Credit and Debit card details are not stored and we have no access to the card information on our end. Information is verified by the card issuer before order processing.
